Copyright provides protection for literary, scientific, artistic works, as well as - per the so-called related rights - the achievements connected to their exertion.

\r\n\r\nOne of the fundamental goals of copyright is to incentivize intellectual work. In terms of this declares individual and financial rights in favour of the author. The royalties, that are the offset for using the author's works, offset the authorial, expenditures.\r\n

\r\nCopyright protection of the authorial works is an elemental condition of function and improvement of the domestic cultural industry, hereby stands for the protection of workplaces, expediencies, investments. Copyright protection, based on the LXXVI. law of 1999 about copyright, mainly concerns the literary, scientific, and artistic creations, so-called works (e.g., works of polite literature, music pieces, cinematographic works, art pieces engendered through painting, sculpting), but ensures protection in cases of creation types like software, respectively databases.\r\n

\r\nRe-make of other author's work is also under copyright protection, if that also has personal and original style, provided the author of the original work has consented to the rework. The rules of re-make are appliable for the so-called adaptation or translation too, given that as a result a new work is created.\r\n
